This book is the true embodiment of the romantic comedy, but when you first begin it, that is not what you will see. It is well done and is set in Maui, so there is nothing not to love. A nice summer fun read.

I loved this book—captivating, emotional, and beautifully written. The characters felt real, and the story kept me hooked. The ending left me heartbroken, though. We don’t always get the happy ending we want or deserve, and this book is a powerful reminder of that.

Found it interesting the comparison between the great grandmother, who had a stroke, and the great grandson, who was artistic and nonverbal how they managed to communicate with each other with the use of an iPad, and how the great grandmothers story from her childhood in Poland during the World War II unfolds

Listening to this book probably made it better. A woman planning on ending her life gets many chances to live "different" lives is she had made different choices that took away some of her results. She learns that one smallchange may have a ripple effect on the lives of those she lives. Eventually, she realizes her life is her best life to live.

The sequel to The Perfect Marriage was very good as well. Should read the first one so you have an idea about what happened before you read the sequel. Good story. Not as twisty and not as good as the first one, but worth the read.

King Con

Some fascinating accounts of a con artist. I would have loved a little more psychological insight into how someone can pull off such an act like this person did. Accounts of his earlier life are painfully missing. But there are some details about the person's life that really are quite amazing that the author could have put all this research together.
