It’s a favorite contemporary romance. Sarah and Isaac’s story is raw, messy, and filled with real emotion. The chemistry between these two is hot while also having such a beautiful emotional depth. I will be reading more novels by Jewel E.Ann

Excellent book and this book is really three stories in one. As with all the “#1 Ladies Detective Agency” books, the setting is Botswana and the title story centers around finding a beauty contestant who is morally sound. Also, we see Mr. J.L. B. Matekoni struggle with a personal challenge, and Mma Makutsi does outstandingly well in a new role. To read these books and know these characters is to love them and Botswana.

I loved this book! The story touches on or at least mentions many of the gods and other recognizable figures from Greek mythology and really helped me understand how they connected. The story begins with Circe’s birth and life in the city with her family but then spends much time and attention on the island of Aeaea where she comes to terms with some old demons and charts the course for her future. If you like mythology, you will love this story.

It's amazing to me how someone went from the top comedian to off the air a decade later. Overall, well written.

While it is possible that I read this book when I was in school, I don’t remember any of it, and I certainly would not have appreciated it the way I do now. I did this as an audio book and the reader did such an amazing job of not only bringing the old man to life but of using his voice to make you feel like you were right there. I highly recommend this book, specifically as an audio book. It will be more than just a read; it will be an experience.
