WHAT IS IT: 100 Books Before Graduation is a reading initiative for teens to read 100 books before they graduate from high school. There is no limit to the number of books you can log per month. Participants may only record books started after they’ve registered for the program, and logged books must reflect the teen's reading level. Each book may only be recorded once.
WHAT DO I GET: There will be a prize for every 25 books read. When you read 100 books you'll get the grand prize. We know that school is a busy time and 100 books is… a lot of books, but reading can provide stress relief, increase empathy, improve your vocabulary, and develop your writing skills.
WHAT SHOULD I READ: Reading choice is 100% up to you! We encourage you to read a wide range of books in as many different formats and genres as possible. Read books that interest you, but also stretch outside your comfort zones. Books read for summer reading programs count. Listening to an audiobook and reading manga/graphic novels/comics count as having read that book. You can read books in whatever format works best for you.
